Limitation of Liability

Whatever damages you might face, the Company's total liability and your only remedy under these Terms is limited to what you actually paid through the Service or a hundred dollars if you haven't purchased anything. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable or invalid, it will be changed and interpreted to accomplish its objective to the greatest extent possible under law. The rest of the Terms stay in full effect. The failure to exercise a right or require performance under these Terms doesn't affect either party's ability to do so later. Waiving a breach doesn't waive any future breach.
